Following the start of the pilot pre-K New Mothers and Babies program in Port Chester the beginning of March, a 30-minute interview about the thinking behind Rye-resident Kent Warner’s concept is running on Rye’s public access channels.
The interview, conducted by Rye Record Publisher Emeritus Allen Clark, will run four times each Friday through the end of April. Also interviewed is WestCOP Deputy Director Ellen Farrar, who is overseeing the program.
