Barrels of Fun

Nearly 400 Friends of Rye Nature Center supporters (and lovers of Oktoberfest) gathered under the night sky October 12 and raised glasses and funds for the organization’s environmental education and conservation mission. Food from Marcia Selden Catering, Crisfield’s, and Fleishers, wine from G. Griffin, Harrison Wine Vault, and Bartaco, and beers curated by Joe Vicodomini of The Craftsman delighted all palates.

Dirndls, lederhosen, and standard jeans were all the scene around the cozy fire pit and in the secret beer garden too where guests clinked FRNC custom steins. Prost to co-chairs Aubrey Cashion, Karyl Thigpen, and Denise Shah for a hopping good time.
