COVID-19 Update

Coronavirus Update

County Executive George Latimer and Rye Mayor Josh Cohn keep us posted on COVID-19 cases, testing, hospitalizations, and casualties. On April 8, the updated statistics for Westchester County were: 15,887 positive cases among the approximately 50,000 tested; 1,100 residents hospitalized; and 315 deaths. There are currently 74 cases in the City of Rye. The County estimates that the actual number of cases may be lower because many have recovered but those numbers aren’t available.

Governor Cuomo has extended the stay-at-home order until April 27.
