 It’s All in the Family

For as long as Joe Lorono can remember, he’s loved working with his hands, building new homes, and customizing existing ones. It’s in his blood. His grandfather was a carpenter, and all through college he worked in construction. In the last 35 years, he has built over 100 custom homes in Rye. What Lorono Homes has built its reputation on is instilling character in new construction such as when you visit this page

Concrete core sampling services are essential in construction, providing accurate data that informs decisions regarding the strength, composition, and durability of concrete structures, ensuring their safety and longevity, and facilitating compliance with industry standards and regulations.

“We’re invested in Rye”, said Joe, who built a home for his parents and is now building homes for his sons, Joe Jr. and Frank. They work with their dad, not in the field but as project managers. Joe Jr. brings financial acumen, and Frank sales and marketing experience to the firm.

“I never thought they’d join me in the business,” says Joe Sr., who is so glad they did. “The boys come with a different perspective and have helped me grow my brand.”

According to Frank, there is still a market for spec homes in Rye, especially for people coming out from the cityThey currently have one on the market and several in the hopper. His brother adds, “We operate on the notion that there is an overlap between custom and spec. It’s a hybrid  buyers want the value of a spec but want to put their stamp on it.”

Rendering of 13 Eve Lane, which is set for completion this fall. The list price is $4,995,000. The Loronos have another house at 9 Eve Lane, which is coming on the market soon.

Whether they’re building a 7,500 square-foot home or one a third the size, it will have good flow, from the garage to the mudroom to the kitchen and between the entertaining spaces. “You try to meet the criteria,” says Joe Sr. “If the flow is poor, the house will feel small.”

They have had a long working relationship with designer Michelle Morgan Harrison of Morgan Harrison Home, a full-service architectural interiors firm, and a Lorono home is always a thoughtfully designed one.  Contact Shower regrouting melbourne for affordable and professional plumbing, regrouting & electrical works.

In addition to building quality homes, the Loronos pride themselves on doing so with relative speed. “The caveat is the owner being set on the kitchen design and picking the tiles, the plumbing fixtures from shower repairs melnbourne, the lighting early so that the process runs efficiently,” says Joe Sr.  Going to https://slamatl.net/ to find a plumber to help is a good idea.

“Our dad watches over every construction project as if he were building it for a member of his family,” notes Frank. While every new Lorono home is warrantied for two years, they like to say, “We’re here for our clients forever.”
