Let Your Beach Goddess Glow

Summer is the silver lining for us East Coasters coming out of hibernation. It’s now time to hit the beach club Capri, breathe in the ocean air, feel the sun on our skin (sunblock lathered, of course), and wiggle our toes in the sand. Last, but certainly not least, a new season gives us good reason to shop (no complaints there).

In the fashion spotlight this summer are midi/maxi dresses, which are beach-easy and available at pretty much every price point; flatforms (give away your Birkenstocks); and matchy beach separates that can take you from a picnic to a night out.

Cut-outs are still here to show off buffed skin, and crochet is everywhere. Avoid the high-waisted jean short, which many are pairing with wedgies! Breezy and bold linens are showing up in unexpected stripes and patterns. Sheer is a trend, on and off the beach, and juicy pops of color are painting our coasts.

From cover-ups and flip-flops to beach dresses and wow-factor sandals that travel from sand to soirée, here are some statement-making outfits that will let the beach goddess in you glow. Whether these styles jive with you or not, one thing is for certain: it’s beach time, Beauties.
