Sandra Kuzma

 

 

Sandra K. Kuzma of Kettering, Ohio, formerly of Rye and Beattyville, Kentucky, passed away on February 26, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. She was 74.

Born on July 17, 1943, in Trenton, Michigan, she was the daughter of Albert and Ena Fay (Robinson) Butt. 

For many years she worked as an administrator for the Veterans Administration hospitals in Lexington, Ky. and St. Petersburg, Fla. 

Mrs. Kuzma is survived by her loving daughters, Edith Brunner-Hughes (Albert Brunner) and Susan Doucette; her former husband, Ron Kuzma; her grandchildren, Patricia, Albert Matthew and Alexandra Brunner, Evan Strain, and Alexander Doucette; her great-grandson, Adon Strain; and siblings, Cynthia Breloski, and Donald, Gerald, Kenneth, and Alane Butt. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Carol Hughes.
