Straight to Video and the World of Minecraft

Join RyeTV this summer for Video Camp and Storytelling with Minecraft at its air-conditioned studio at Rye High School.

At Video Camp, fifth through eighth graders can learn the basics of camera work, editing, mics, and lights. Create a story from start to finish. Each student will have a turn acting, directing, and shooting. The finished show will air on RyeTV and the Internet.

Two sessions are offered: July 16-19, and July 30 and 31 and August 1 and 2, both from 2-5. The fee is $100.

At Storytelling with Minecraft, fourth through sixth graders will enter a new world, recording voiceovers and creating a program that will air on RyeTV.

Camp dates are July 2-5 and July 23-25; both sessions run from 2-5. The fee is $75.

Sign up at rtv@ryeny.gov. Space is very limited.
