The Latest Coronavirus Numbers

The Latest Coronavirus Numbers

As of April 27, there were 8,221 active cases; 877 people are currently hospitalized; and there have been 962 deaths. There are 143 positive cases in the City of Rye and one person has died from Covid-19.

Mayor Josh Cohn wrote in his regular update, “The numbers continue to show the County’s progress down the curve. We owe ourselves some rubber-gloved high fives for how far we have come, or at least some socially-distanced “air fives” for working together to flatten the curve.”
