The latest film version of “Little Women” may not have swept the Academy Awards but the Little Women Tea held at the Square House the day before was a hands-down winner.

Guests dressed in period attire from the museum collection, baked ginger nut cookies from a recipe in Louisa May Alcott’s treasured and still best-selling 1868 novel, and enjoyed activities from the time of Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy.
