During the last days of school, the Osborn community honored retiring principal Clarita Zeppie. Students, teachers, and staff organized a special assembly, during which the PTO Executive Board presented Ms. Zeppie with a memory book and a personalized NY Yankees jersey. A bench with her name on it will go under the school sign at the schools’ front entry.
The new Edible Garden/Outdoor Classroom was dedicated to the principal, the project’s biggest booster, at a “garden party” June 18.
In her eight years at the helm of Osborn, Principal Zeppie grew and nurtured so many things. She will be missed.
