A Little Taste of Provence

La Panetière owner Jacques Loupiac spent his childhood in the French countryside, and for the restaurant’s 31st anniversary he wants to share that feeling with diners. Once seated in his dining room, with the evening or afternoon light spread across the pink tablecloths, guests begin to believe that they have found a slice of Provence on Milton Road – with their passports still at home in a drawer.

The restaurant is offering a special Jour De Fete tasting menu, $90 per person, $140 with wine selections. For lunch, the two- or three-course Prix Fixe menu, $25 or $32 respectively, has been especially well received by guests who not only value a main course choice of halibut, sea scallops, or aged rib-eye of beef, but also the valet parking which is on-site and plentiful.

La Panetière is open every evening for dinner; there is no lunch served Saturday or Monday. Specialty items are available to go. For reservations, call 967-8140.
