A Wall of Strength

In a united interfaith effort, Rye clergy have pledged their support for peace, justice, and equality. Last week, they encouraged residents to create another forum by which to bring solidarity: posters to bring recognition to the injustices suffered by black Americans.

With markers and paint in hand, dozens created posters stating what cannot be emphasized enough, demanding change, which are prominently displayed on the Rye Presbyterian Church wall on Boston Post Road. They send a powerful message. Stop and read them all, and do what you can to effect change.
