EuroLaser is taking its job of adding little glow to everyone’s appearance very seriously this holiday. Owner Liz DiBartolo and Medical Director Adam Messenger are offering free trials of collagen infusion treatments at a holiday party on December 14, from noon to 7 p.m. People also opt for the CoolSculpting In Westchester which has proven to make people feels better about themselves.

“The treatment hydrates and repairs the cells, so you look like a million bucks when you leave and even better the next day,” explained DiBartolo. “It’s an alternative to fillers and injections. There are no needles and there’s no down time.”

The non-invasive FDA-approved treatment, which normally costs $185 for 60 minutes, gives the appearance of less wrinkles without any side effects. Results last for about two weeks, so the free 15-20 minute trial should get one through the holidays.

The EuroLaser party will also feature mini massages and mini reflexology, as well as Dysport for $149. DiBartolo prefers Dysport to Botox, because “it lasts longer and eliminates crow’s feet more effectively.”

Judith Polatsek of Judith’s Skin Care Institute promises renewal, relaxation and results. The timing for one of her European facials is excellent during the holidays. They repair the skin damage resulting from the summer months and prepare skin for the harsh winter weather. While removing the dead scales, the facial lubricates and seals in moisture, improves circulation and eliminates impurities. Polatsek likes to say, “it puts a sparkle in your appearance.”

The fact that clients come from all over Westchester and Greenwich is a testament to her brand of spa. What clients most enjoy is her personal touch and the unpretentious, cozy atmosphere.

A loyal client of 30 years from Riverdale, Marsha Henkin, offered, “When I come here, I feel like I’ve been in an oasis in a 24/7 world. I also know my face looks better because friends tell me. When I first came to Judith, I suffered from adult acne, and she took care of it.”

In addition to facials and acne treatments for young and old alike, Polatsek also offers light peels to invigorate cellular reproduction, as well as electrolysis.

Advanced Laser & Medical Spa is offering immediate results this holiday season with special holiday packages that include their state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures and treatments.

“Everyone looks for quick fixes this time of year, and we can provide them,” said Micheline Giovani, owner and medical director. “Our Botox treatments and fillers add a holiday boost and our facials add that holiday glow.”

Indeed, full service spa’s HydraFacial treatment is the only hydradermabrasion procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and antioxidant protection, as well as hydration. Giovani promises no down time, no discomfort. You can walk into that holiday party with a more youthful appearance just like that.

Professionals design cosmetic treatments tailored for each client. Of course, chemical peels, laser hair reduction, and cellulite reduction are always available. Moreover, the new non-invasive, skin tightening like EMFACE in Frisco, TX is all the rage at medical spas. “It’s facelift without the needles or surgery,” explained Giovani. At Blush, owner Ana Sobalvarro genuinely enjoys making her customers look and feel better about themselves. She carries the finest skin care products to soothe and transform, from L’Occitane to Glo-therapeutics. Her new Kat Burki line is vitamin-infused, all natural and organic.

The shop also provides spa services, including a Decleor facial. The Parisian skin care line is natural, plant-based, and formulated to restore the skin’s vitality and radiance.

“Our signature Decleor facial is the ultimate luxurious European facial. We offer an hour and 20 minutes of relaxation and hydration that really make a difference,” said Sobalvarro. “I love to enhance a client’s natural beauty.”

On the way out, shoppers can pick up a holiday gift from the cornucopia of Blush’s bath gels, body lotions, fragrant soaps, candles, cosmetics, keepsake boxes, and jewelry.

At Benefit, the beauty boutique with their own cosmetics line and body care products, you can walk in and surrender to the make-up experts. Before walking out the door, women will be ready for their close-ups at any holiday party. A make-up application session is complimentary with a three-product purchase.

Benefit cosmetics may be whimsical, but they’re functional, too. “Porefessional” minimizes the appearance of pores; “they’re real” is long-lasting mascara; and “sugar bomb” adds a blush to the cheeks. There are also plenty of holiday gift sets to choose from, as well as waxing, tinting, and spray tanning services.

Manager Jenny Coyle offered a few helpful hints if you choose to apply your own make-up during the holidays. “Be comfortable with the make-up you put on. Just step up from what you usually wear on a daily basis and maybe add a brighter lip or a bolder eye.”

Why wait until after the New Year to get into shape? Get a jump on those resolutions by starting now and look and feel better for the holidays. Working out seems pretty painless at Rye Health and Fitness, where co-owners and personal trainers Dennis Briscoe and Tommy Martinetti have been assisting clients with fitness programs that work for almost four years.

They offer boutique style personal training in a fully-equipped fitness club setting. “We are more personalized and more goal-oriented,” explained Briscoe. He and Martinetti developed training techniques that keep clients engaged and produce results. They use a variety of methods to reach their goals.

“We also make sure to accommodate everyone’s busy schedule,” he said. Indeed, Rye Health and Fitness is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. A great incentive: the first 60-minute personal training session is free.

Tamara Slupchynskyj is celebrating her one-year anniversary as the owner of Core Pilates this month with a special offer fit for the holidays. Purchase a gift certificate and get 20 percent off any Pilates package. Having 25 years of experience, Slupchynskyj offers all the state-of-the-art equipment, reformers, Wunda chairs, and barrels.

In addition, Core Pilates is the only studio in the area with CoreAlign, a physical therapy/training tool that helps align the entire body. It improves posture and balance by stimulating the core stability muscles.

Slupchynskyj and instructor Kristen LeClair, with whom she has partnered to open an additional studio in Greenwich, stand behind Pilates for building strength, endurance and flexiblilty. “I have clients who return from summer vacation and express how much their bodies missed Pilates. They really do feel a difference,” said Slupchynskyj.
