Each child finds a safe, nurturing learning environment at All Souls in which to develop a positive self-image, cooperative social skills, and gradually become an independent thinker. The school focuses on the social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional development of every child. Its program gives each child a rich, enjoyable experience and lays the foundation for a smooth transition to Kindergarten, the next chapter in his/her education. All Souls’ unique, spacious environment offers components of both an open classroom and a traditional preschool experience.
The school offers 3’s and 4’s programs full of fun and educational activities geared to improving fine motor, gross motor, imaginative and sharing skills. There is now a 2’s program which will cater to the 24-36 month aged children.
All Souls Preschool was founded in 2012 as the result of a merger between two long established area nursery schools – Rye United Methodist Nursery School and The Pre-Day School. All are welcome.
