Already Saving for That Rainy Day

Not only did 5-year-old Caroline Rushmore have a lot of fun at Rye’s Mistletoe Magic event last Sunday, she also won the Webster Bank coloring contest.

Not only did 5-year-old Caroline Rushmore have a lot of fun at Rye’s Mistletoe Magic event last Sunday, she also won the Webster Bank coloring contest. The prize was a piggy bank.

This is the first year for the contest, and Webster’s Rye branch manager, Pam Dwyer, said, “We’ll be doing it every year. It encourages children to start saving early.”

The Midland kindergartener has already set a goal. Meanwhile, Caroline was very happy to see her colored drawing prominently displayed inside the Purchase Street branch.
