Lola now features this collection of tableware, home accents, and decorative gifts, which is a collaboration between Elad Yifrach, Founder of L’OBJET and Fortuny’s owners, the Riads.
Drawing inspiration from century-old Fortuny’s celebrated fabrics, L’OBJET’s global team of artisans and ateliers created a collection that showcases the hand- craftsmanship, artistic integrity and fervor for which both companies are known.
The items available at Lola take the beauty of Fortuny’s traditional patterns of heavily woven velvets and silks and turn them into alluring and distinctive tableware.
Lola’s customers will be able to take advantage of the collections versatility. They can choose formal tableware in a particular color and pattern or can mix and match in sets of four: canapé, dessert, and dinner plates, plus charger. The gold-trimmed pieces are Limoges china and may be used oven to table and are dishwasher safe. Lola also carries an attractive everyday line.
Additionally, the bowls and cups make wonderful wedding or hostess gifts and “the quality is remarkable throughout each piece,” according to Schneider.
