Carolina Sculti continued to soar through the competition on the boards this summer. At the UANA 5th Pan American Junior Diving Championship in Colombia September 8-11, she came in first in the platform competition and fourth in the 1 meter.

 

Carolina Sculti continued to soar through the competition on the boards this summer. At the UANA 5th Pan American Junior Diving Championship in Colombia September 8-11, she came in first in the platform competition and fourth in the 1 meter.

She won the platform event by an impressive 31.70 points. Her scores on some of the platform dives were the highest in the 11 and under age group. The Rye Middle School sixth grader was one of 143 divers invited to compete.
Mexico came in first overall in the meet, besting the U.S. by 53 points.
