At its 8th annual fundraiser, the Rye Nature Center, with help from good friends, raised a glass to the Inner-City Scholarship Fund, with which it partners to bring city children with little exposure and access to nature to the Center for two weeks of summer camp.
This year’s event, hosted by Caroline and Andrew Walker, raised enough money to allow a record number of children — 104 — to experience the ever-expanding joys of nature.
