The Friends of Rye Nature Center created a festive biergarten October 18, in celebration of Oktoberfest. Nearly 300 guests raised funds and glasses throughout the evening to support the FRNC’s environmental education mission and conservation efforts.
Great music, delicious German-inspired cuisine created by Corner Stone, and local brews courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery and Captain Lawrence made it the most hopping Oktoberfest hosted by the FRNC to date. Thanks to chair Lea Stevens and her committee, the evening was a barrel of fun.
