Ross Chumsky was named to the Dean’s List at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. To make the list, a student must achieve a minimum of a 3.6 GPA. He is a Rye High School graduate.

Two local students were named to the spring Dean’s List at Marist College in Poughkeepsie. Congratulations to Melina Parrello of Purchase and Alice Voller of Rye. Both will be seniors this fall.

Thomas Murphy, a graduate of Fordham Preparatory School, is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society at Bucknell University.

Margot Daiber, a sophomore at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, was named to the spring honor roll. To be selected, a student must be in the top 15 percent of their school.

Kylie VanBuren was named to the Dean’s List at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. She attended Rye Neck High School and will be a senior at Colby this fall.  

Kathryn Thomas was named to the Dean’s List at Siena College in Loudonville, New York. She is majoring in Education.

Casey Bourkney and Kevin Heyel were named to the Dean’s List at Fairfield University.

Three students from Rye were named to the Dean’s List at Bucknell University. Congratulations to Kristen Verille, Kevin Miller, and Thomas Murphy.

The Harvey School in Katonah announced that three local students earned academic honors for the final marking period of the school year. Alexander Ogg, grade 7, earned a place on the Headmaster’s List for achieving a GPA of 3.7 or higher. Sara Hoffman, grade 6, and Hunter Hoffman, grade 9, were named to the Honor Roll for achieving a grade-point average of at least 3.3.
