A member of the Rye High School Class of 2007, Alexandra earned her undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal.
an 18-year-old filmmaker, graduated last month from Interlochen Arts Academy as a Motion Picture Arts major. During the convocation, she received the Young Artist Award, the school’s highest honor.
At the northern Michigan boarding school, Anna worked on a multitude of film projects. Her most recent music video, “Girls Don’t Cry Wolf”, was accepted to four film festivals and won Best Director at the Jakarta Intercultural School See the Change Film Fest in May.
Last year, her cinematography on director Mida Chu’s “Dreams That Transcend All Boundaries” (2014), was nominated for Best Cinematography at the Tampa Bay Film Festival, and was a finalist in the All-American High School Film Festival.
