Alexis Hios led Westchester’s Section 1 golf team to a second-place finish at the New York State Girls’ Golf Championship at SUNY Delhi June 8 and 9.

Alexis Hios led Westchester’s Section 1 golf team to a second-place finish at the New York State Girls’ Golf Championship at SUNY Delhi June 8 and 9.

 

Hios, a junior at RHS, also placed second individually against 80 other high school golfers. Hios had a 5-over score of 149, six strokes behind the winner. RHS sophomore Frida Henningsson finished 28th overall during the two-day tournament.
