Historical Society Seeks Family Treasures For Immigration Exhibit

Do you have a keepsake or other artifact from your grandparents or great-grandparents that they brought from the old country?

Do you have a keepsake or other artifact from your grandparents or great-grandparents that they brought from the old country? Would you be willing to lend it to the Rye Historical Society to put in their upcoming exhibit on Immigration in Rye? Please call 967-7588 and ask to speak to Director Sheri Jordan. Or bring it by the Square House.

Part of what made the Historical Society’s World War II exhibit so inspiring is the number of objects lent to them by Rye families. “We’d love to have the same quantity and quality for this exhibit,” said Jordan.
