Beautiful Lake Tahoe, was the setting for the August 6 wedding of Lydia Randolph Jenner and Douglas Randolph Tirpak.
The groom is the son of Randy and Pam Tirpak of Chandler, Arizona. He graduated from Corona High School in Tempe, Arizona, and from Prescott College, where he majored in Biology. He worked previously with the ski patrol at Squaw Valley, as a wild-land fire-fighter with the U.S. Forest Service, and as a flight paramedic. When the couple met in 2010, he was Manager of Hossfeld Family Vineyard in Napa, California. He is the owner of Alpine Timber Service, in Golden, Colorado, where the couple is now making their home.
After a weekend of wedding festivities, the couple spent their honeymoon on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.
Mrs. Walsh, 26, is a Learning and Organizational Development Executive at Macquarie Holdings (U.S.A.) Inc. in New York City. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla.
Her father is an entrepreneur and restaurant consultant in the New York City area. Her mother is an English teacher at Eastchester Senior High School in Eastchester, N.Y.
Mr. Walsh, 29, is a Vice President in the Variable Annuity/Subadvised Group at Legg Mason Global Asset Management, LLC in New York. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and is Series 7- and 66-licensed.
His mother formerly had her own interior design business. His father is Partner-in-Charge, International, at KPMG LLP, serving previously as Chairman of the British-American Chamber of Commerce. In November 1995, he was invested with the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, for his services to British Trade and Commercial Interests in the United States.
After a two-week honeymoon in Lanai and Maui, the couple will return to Manhattan, where they plan to reside.
