The second episode of “Rye Views” is now airing on Rye TV on Cablevision Channel 76 and Verizon Channel 33. The quarterly magazine-style television program about everything Rye features a variety of segments about gardening, homes, fitness, sports, cooking, schools and more. Viewers can watch the show on Fridays at 10 a.m., 1, 4, and 9 p.m.

Back by popular demand is another lively segment of “What’s on Your Mind with Sue and Susanna” featuring Sue O’Brien and Susanna Cronin. Hot topics include full-day kindergarten, college visits, must-read books, tips to refresh your home and more.

Margot Clark-Junkins explores vegetable gardening with expert Max Apton at Amawalk Farm in Katonah, while Georgetta Morque’s “Fitness Minute” focuses on the Rye YMCA Tribe, the all-women’s triathlon team. Viewers can get a glimpse of the re-opened ice rink at Playland and the Rye High School ice hockey team in action in a segment by Ken Knowles. Kate Conn’s “Home 10580” takes a peak at what’s been on the market and tours a new construction home on Lynden Street with Houlihan Lawrence broker Kim Arenas.

“Rye Views” wouldn’t be complete without “Rye Cooks.” In this episode, Paula Fung and Rye Middle School 7th grader Kate Stevens whip up Chocolate Chess Pie from a special Southern recipe from the Stevens’ family and Key Lime Pie.

“Rye Views” was created and produced by Rye residents in conjunction with the Rye TV staff. The executive producer is Paula Fung. Mary Hannon Fitzgibbons worked on additional editing and Susan Olson and Mary Ellen Doran provided production assistance.
