11/19 Loewen Court caller reported there was construction going on in her house and she heard a loud bang. She believed the roof had collapsed on the addition, 12:26 a.m. RFD, officers responded. Tarp replaced on roof by RFD.

 

11/18 Intoxicated male party observed attempting to enter vehicle parked on Wappanocca Avenue, 4:46 a.m.

 

11/18 “Drove,” he said. Black pickup reported driving erratically by Peter Jay Lane residents, 11 a.m. Made contact with two parties with black Ford truck parked in front of house. Asked one party if he was one driving, causing complaint. He gave affirmative response. His identification indicated he was 16 years old. Information referred to Youth Detective.

 

11/18 Suspicious persons reported walking on Hunter Lane property. Was residents’ family meeting insurance company.

 

11/18 Injured deer on Larkspur Lane property.

 

11/18 Road plate shifted on Mohawk Street. Space big enough that bike tire could get caught in it. DPW checking permit.

 

11/17 Assisted citizen. Verbal altercation in Marriott parking lot as property check was being conducted, 4:26 a.m. Both parties agreed to go their separate ways.

 

11/17 Driver stopped for non-working right side brake light, Midland Avenue/Beaty Court. Warning issued.

 

11/16 TD pass. Possible criminal mischief inside TD Bank. While on patrol, discovered front door damaged, signs stated bank closing November 15. ATM inside damaged. Pictures taken of area. Employees could have left area that way once all money was secured.

 

11/16 Windcrest Road resident stated many vehicles parked, impeding traffic, 4:33 p.m. Spoke to person at party, they would inform all vehicle owners to move.

 

11/15 Caller reported fire at Hunter Lane home. Residents were evacuating. RFD notified.

 

11/15 Amen, Sister. Caller reported illegally parked black Mercedes Benz in front of 11 Elm Place. She also reported multiple people were breaking Rules of the Road in that area.

 

11/15 Soundview Avenue caller stated unknown party knocked on door asking if her husband was home, then left in unknown direction. Bald, 5’8”, pointy nose. Checked area, negative results.

 

11/14 Rye rude. Multiple leaf blowers reported, Rye Road, 9:49 a.m. Upon arrival, observed landscapers packing up equipment, advised them of City Code rules.

 

11/14 Ceiling whacks. Central Avenue resident stated apartment neighbor below her was routinely banging on ceiling, complainant’s floor. Wanted to file a report.

 

11/13 While on routine patrol, found 25-foot Grady White bearing Conn. registration sunk at dock under I-95 bridge. Notified Greenwich Marine Unit.

 

11/13 Walk-in reported credit cards stolen from YMCA locker.

 

11/11 All Quiet…Caller reported construction at Red Oak Drive location on Veterans Day. Spoke to foreman, explained holiday no-work rule. He agreed to shut down for day.

 

11/11 Kids riding bikes in roadway causing hazard, Forest/Gramercy avenues, 2:30 p.m. Advised kids about importance of bike safety.

 

11/10 Knock it off. Wilson Drive caller reported someone knocking on his door, running away prior to his answering. Spoke with party knocking on doors, advised them to stop.

 

11/9 Party walked into HQ to hand in his two handguns for safekeeping until he updates his NYS Pistol Permit.

 

11/9 Caller stated dog had been barking for more than 45 minutes, Keane Court, 8:27 p.m.

 

11/8:  Caller stated two males, approximately 13 years old, threw office chair into Blind Brook near Y. GOA.

 

11/6 Caller stated she was parked on Purchase Street by June & Ho when a gray Cadillac sedan struck her vehicle then left scene. Minor damage.

11/15 Newberry Street caller reported vehicle stolen overnight from driveway.

 

11/15 Overlook Place caller reported property was taken from their vehicle.

 

11/12 Parkway Drive caller stated valet key was taken from his vehicle overnight.

 

11/11 Parkway Drive caller stated his vehicle was rummaged through during the night. Nothing taken.

 

11/11 York Avenue caller reported vehicle entered overnight.

 

11/8 Assisted citizen with missing VW, Onondaga Street.

 

11/8 Caller stated there were several vehicles on street with doors open, Central Avenue/Walnut Street, 11:48 p.m. Three cars had their driver side doors open, appeared they were all unlocked. Shut doors, unable to lock.

 

11/16 Walk-in reported morning incident regarding unknown individual who tried to get access to the interior of her vehicle on Purchase Street.
