3/5: Caller reported dog incessantly barking on Apawamis golf course. She was unsure if animal was in duress.

 

3/4: Issue between motorists reported. Complainant did not wish to file a statement in regard to another Y member’s vulgar language.

 

3/4: CVS manager reported possible shoplifting suspect from prior week had reentered store. Back up unit sent during investigation of two parties matching given description.

 

3/4: Caller stated there was open rear door at Coolidge Avenue property. Concerned due to older party living in the home. Back door did not lock from inside and was opened by wind. Homeowner not home. Secured door.

 

3/4: Woof. Loose dog reported on Playland Parkway. Recovered and was fine, reunited with owner.

 

3/3: Large tree reported down, Beverly/Parkway drives. 12:30 a.m.

 

3/3: Motorist lost her front plate while driving through storm debris on Locust Avenue.

 

3/3: Starbucks caller stated intoxicated party had passed out inside store. Transported to Greenwich Hospital.

 

3/3: “Riders on the Storm”? Parkway Drive caller reported Con Ed “spotter” vehicle playing its stereo too loud in front of their house, 11:21 p.m.

 

3/2: Kirby Lane at tide mill was beginning to flood, 6:12 a.m.

 

3/2: Flooding reported at Forest/Beck avenues.

 

3/2: Bowman Avenue dam check, 10 a.m. Stick read 9.5 feet. Crests at 19 feet.

 

3/2: Large tree leaning on primary wires, Cottage Street/Midland Avenue. Con Ed notified, DPW responded with barricades.

 

3/2: Tree reported down, Barlow Lane/BPR; tree down with wires, Greenhaven Road; trees fell on houses, Holly Lane and Rye/Sunset roads.

 

3/2: Tree fell on house and car on private property, George Langeloh Court. Advised owner she had to hire her own contractor.

 

3/2: Trees and wires, down, down, down, all over the town.

 

3/2: Fraudulent credit card activity reported regarding property delivered to Ellen Court property.

 

3/2: Multiplication. Power out for several hours, Cottage Street/Midland Avenue. Multiple units directing traffic at intersection, multiple calls to public works, Rye/County, for signs.

 

3/2: Registered nail. Postal employee stuck in vehicle by downed tree, Stuyvesant Avenue, 9:12 p.m. EMS dispatched.

 

3/2: Trees down, Beverly/Harding drives, Barlow Lane, Hornidge Road.

 

3/2: Falling branch struck man, Stuyvesant Avenue, 11:30 p.m.

 

3/2: Carbon monoxide alarm going off, Greenhaven Road property. Resident was running generator. RFD dispatched.

 

3/1: Buckets observed to fall off back of commercial vehicle after strapping came loose, Five Points. Operator cleared roadway of debris. Warning issued.

 

3/1: Gray Nissan, occupied by four youths, reported operating in unsafe manner headed south on US-1. Complainant feared they might have been intoxicated. Canvassed area, negative results.

 

3/1: Purchase Street hair salon reported male on bench in front of shop appeared disoriented, possibly intoxicated. Transported to friend’s apartment where he was staying.

 

3/1: Coyote reported running across Forest Avenue by Overhill Avenue, 6:30 p.m.

 

3/1: Suspicious person, Loewen Court, 8 p.m. Male reported sitting in vehicle in front of complainant’s residence. Homeowner did not know who he was. Just Uber driver waiting for his phone to turn back on for directions.

 

2/28: Walk-in reported attempted fraud via email.

 

2/28: Sound advice. Oakland Beach Avenue complainant smelled odor of gas. She was Advised to evacuate the house.

 

2/28: Assist citizen. Motorist reported she was being followed. Units dispatched. Summons issued. Both parties agreed to go separate ways. No further action needed.

 

2/28: Walt! Where are you Walt! Red Pony patron wished to file complaint about interaction with other customers. Info taken from caller and management. Caller may return to file statement.

 

2/27: Likely story. Suspicious vehicle, Playland Parkway, 12:45 a.m. Driver stated he was just hanging out with passenger because they had nowhere else to go.

 

2/27: Assisted citizen, disagreement in parking lot #4, 10:41 a.m. Mediated, no further action.

 

2/27: Two NY State inspection stickers stolen from desk, Rye Ford Subaru.

 

2/26: Hacked! Party said she had an issue with taxi cab driver who was attempting to charge her more money because she was using a credit card. Written statement taken.

 

2/26: Rock chipping complaint, Gramercy Avenue, 8:26 a.m. No violation observed.

 

2/26: Brown Avenue party stated there were 2-4 people going door-to-door, possibly solicitors. Black SUV was parked in front of her residence. Turned out to be Jehovah’s Witnesses.

 

2/26: High and dry. Suspicious vehicle, Harbor Terrace Drive/Hix Avenue. Individuals were delivering dryer, freezer to area house when Enterprise box truck broke down. Were waiting for owner of company.

 

2/25: Suspicious person, Marlene Court/Sharon Lane, 1 a.m. Caller stated two males were acting suspiciously, possibly trying to break into cars. RPD stopped leaving area. Uber picking up female passengers. Spoke to Sharon Lane resident who stated vehicles parked in area were guests at his home and one friend went out to get phone charger from car.

 

2/25: Dolce & Grab-ana? CVS employee stated female wearing large coat cosmetic items from store. Fled on foot westbound towards village. Canvas of village stores negative.

 

2/25: Male caller stated he parked his white 2008 Mercedes on Purdy Avenue approximately 20 minutes earlier, left car locked and had keys with him. When he returned, vehicle was missing. Caller later said he had forgotten where he had parked his car.

 

2/25: Larceny from motor vehicle. Henry Street caller stated unknown parties went through his car sometime overnight
