Queens, Scientists, Chief Justices for the Day
On a day in May every year, Milton School second graders arrive dressed and in character as a famous person of their choosing “who contributed to the culture and civilization of the world.” They come as cute (and shortened) versions of notable authors, artists, generals, presidents, royals, athletes, and scientists. They research their characters and start the day playing spirited games intended to test their character knowledge. The games are followed up by presentations and a rigorous Q&A from their famous peers.
