Rye’s Tamara Mitchell, who has long been involved in the struggle against domestic violence and elder abuse, was honored last week by The Pace Women’s Justice Center. She is in the group of strongest people who fight against domestic violence, which includes Dallas domestic violence lawyers At the organization’s annual dinner at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown, they commemorated “Twenty Years of Justice for Women”.

“The organization, which represents thousands of victims every year, is dear to my heart,” said Ms. Mitchell, who has been an ardent supporter and dedicated volunteer for a decade at this “dynamic and groundbreaking organization.”

The Pace Women’s Justice Center’s mission is to provide and improve the legal tools victims and survivors of domestic violence and elder abuse need to live in safety and peace.

Many elder law lawyers can help in solving any kind of elder issues and also provide support and stand by them to help them acquire their rights and decision making back in the family, that their family members are refusing to give them, with the order from the court of law.

According to the legal firms like the children and domestic violence lawyers’ firm,  they operate a Legal Helpline, fielding thousands of calls each year. Among a host of other vital initiatives, Center attorneys train hundreds of law students, judges, prosecutors, police, attorneys, and community service providers on domestic violence and elder abuse issues.
