He owns and manages a group of companies that operate in the technology, transportation and business services sectors. Mr. Clark has an extensive background in corporate finance, having worked at Bear Stearns Merchant Banking from 1999-2004 and, earlier, with JLL Partners, a private equity firm based in New York. He began his career in 1988 with The Blackstone Group.

Mr. Clark and his wife, Dr. Kim Griffin, have three children. Active in civic affairs, he has served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Rye YMCA, which presented him with its highest award, the Gold Spirit Award in 2012. He is also a former President of the Board of Directors of the Greater New York Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

A graduate of Bucknell University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, Mr. Clark has served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at State University of New York at Cortland and at Bucknell, where he currently serves on an alumni board focused on entrepreneurship.

Osborn Board Chairman Jack Miller said, “Tim is a welcome addition. He brings a unique mix of entrepreneurial success with a focus on service to society and our community.”
