Rhythm on Rye, Rye High School’s a cappella group, traveled to Danvers, Mass., on Feb. 10 to perform in Varsity Vocal’s International Competition of High School A Capella (ICHSA) Northeast Quarterfinals. The group performed “The Chain,” by Fleetwod Mac, “Cry Me a River,” by Justin Timberlake, and “Still Into You,” by Paramore. The participants were Karis Repetto, Zoe Loizeaux, Felicia Ambrogi, Sofia Tello, Dean Armstrong, Meredith Ward, Natalie Rosenbluth, James Durran, Sofie Fu, Kiki Keith, Maddy Valdez, Melisa Pirinccioglu, Leah Arus, and Vincent Sculti. The co-presidents of the group are Kiki Keith and Sofie Fu, the music director is Spencer Swiader, and the choreographer was Karis Repetto.
