Public Safety Commissioner Michael Kopy promoted three of Rye’s uniformed professionals at a ceremony at City Hall on August 29. Max Billington rose to Fire Lieutenant; Michael Anderson achieved the rank of Police Sergeant; and Christopher Salguero was promoted to Police Detective.
The Commissioner praised the three for their years of dedication and professionalism in contributing to the safety of Rye’s residents.
