With two City Council seats up again this fall and with only one Democrat on the current Council, the Rye Dems have work to do. Cameron said she looks forward to working with her fellow Democrats. She will serve as Chair until the positions of Chair and District Leaders come up for vote next spring.
Cameron and her husband Jim Glickenhaus have lived in Rye for over 25 years. Their children attended Rye City Schools. Cameron has supported and volunteered for many community organizations over the years, and currently serves as an officer on the Board of Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic.
