Jane Anderson, the school board president, and Jenn Boyle, the board's vice president, announced that they will run for new three-year terms.
The survey will be conducted by Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA), the search firm hired by the Board of Education. Responses to the survey will be anonymous and the survey will be available in English, Spanish, and Japanese.    
HYA was chosen from five search firms that responded to an October request for proposal. The Rye City Board of Education approved the contract at its Dec. 17 meeting.
