A man was charged with felony hate crime assault, as well as misdemeanor criminal choking in what police are calling an "unprovoked verbal and physical attack."
Arroyo, 43, was linked to a multi-state manhunt in Las Vegas, Nev., and Carol Stream, Ill., for first-degree burglary and assault with a weapon charges, according to authorities.
According to the settlement, WJWW supplied drinking water to its 120,000 Harrison and Mamaroneck customers that exceeded legal limits for “certain chemicals.”
“The Skinny House,” built in 1932 at 175 Grand St. in Mamaroneck, still stands. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in April 2015.
