Fed up with getting tickets for parking in front of their own homes, residents have launched a change.org petition, which has already garnered 81 signatures.
While Rye police say they have not noticed a pattern, Lt. Michael Anfuso said many of the drone sightings were of large ones that didn’t remain in the city long.  
The perp was processed and released on an appearance ticket, requiring him to return to Rye City Court on Feb. 18.
Reports that Livy had been sighted in Rye quickly started coming in on the Rye Moms Facebook page.
Nicholas Aufiero was released on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to appear back in court on July 16.
