The Little Garden Club of Rye brought seasonal glow to the holidays at their annual luncheon with help from guest speaker India Hicks, the glamorous author of three books on island living. A cousin of the Prince of Wales, Hicks was a bridesmaid to Lady Diana Spencer at her royal wedding to Prince Charles.
Hicks’ humor and impeccable style were a big hit at the LGC luncheon, and made for a very long line at the signing of her most recent book, “Island Style,” afterwards.
With layers of holiday greens and décor and lovely boutique items, the Little Garden Club set the stage for celebrating the holidays in style.
