Claire Lantry Byrne and William Glover Rueter IV were married October 9, 2021, at the home of the groom’s grandmother in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Kirk Bansak, a friend of the couple, served as officiant.
The bride, 32, is the daughter of Robert and Mary Ellen Byrne of Rye. She is a graduate of Rye High School, class of 2007, and Dartmouth College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2011. She works as a head of Customer Success Operations at Outlier, AI, Inc. in Oakland, California.
The groom, 34, is the son of Chip and Tricia Rueter of Monkton, Maryland. He is a graduate of Monkton High School and Harvard College from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government in 2009. He also received a Master of Science degree in Management Research from Oxford University in 2010. He is a director of 1Sharpe Capital in Piedmont, California.
The couple were introduced by Khaki Burke of Rye, a college classmate of the groom. They honeymooned in Greece and Italy, before returning to their home in San Francisco.
