Alison Mackay and Patrick Wall were married at Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island, on October 1, 2022. The bride is the daughter of Linda and Cole Mackay of Rye, N.Y. The groom is the son of Liz Wall and the late Tim Wall.

Brad Sandhaus, longtime friend of the couple, officiated, sharing touching memories and funny stories about them from their days together at Rye High School.

The bride’s sister, Sarah Mackay, was her maid of honor and the groom’s brother, Brendan Wall, served as his best man. The wedding party included bridesmaids Cecilia Wall and Stephanie Alimena and groomsmen Robert Klemens and Christopher Sherry, all Rye High School classmates

Back in 2012, Ali and Pat were voted “cutest couple” in their graduating class, and they managed to remain together despite the long distance between their colleges; Ali went to Bates College in Maine, and Pat to Villanova University in Pennsylvania. They spent a semester abroad together in Galway, Ireland, and during that time enjoyed traveling across Europe as well.

In August 2020, after almost a decade together, Ali and Pat got engaged in Central Park.

Their wedding reception was filled with dancing and an outpouring of love.
