Kristina Barnes Weekley and John Edward Carroll Jr. were married on June 22, 2019. Rev. Daniel Love of Rye Presbyterian Church officiated the ceremony. A reception followed at American Yacht Club.

The bride is the daughter of Mimi Weekley of Rye and Tom Weekley of Dobbs Ferry. The groom is the son of Lyn and John Carroll of Concord, Massachusetts.

The bride is a graduate of Rye Country Day and received her B.A. from the University of Virginia and her MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a Vice President at First Eagle Investment Management in Manhattan.

The groom, also known as Jack, is a graduate of Middlesex School and received his B.S. from Elon University. He is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan.

The couple met while living in New York City. They share a love of time spent outdoors and on a sunny beach day in Connecticut, Jack asked Kristina to marry him. They had met two years prior.

They drove the coast of California for their honeymoon, stopping in Napa, Big Sur, and Los Angeles, before returning to their Manhattan home.
