Count on the Rye Youth Council to focus on what’s really important. At their Awards Breakfast May 22, they honored graduating high school seniors for their strong character, commitment to community service, and academic achievement.
As RYC President Kate Emanuel said at the breakfast, the organization has “provided a framework to grow compassionate and caring adults for 44 years.”
