All 18 of the new scouts completed 100 percent of the requirements — earning a set of activity badges, participating in campouts and hikes, and demonstrating knowledge of the Boy Scout Oath, Promise, and Scout Law — and each received the Arrow of Light, decorated with beads representing their accomplishments.
