Stacey and Michael Lahey of Rye are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carter Frances, to Ensign Jacob Ryan Hilliard, son of Carol and Jim Hilliard of Peotone, Illinois.
The future bride is a graduate of Rye High School and Loyola University Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. She presently works for Greatest Blaze & Co. in Greenwich, Connecticut.
The future groom is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He is a commissioned Surface Warfare Officer currently serving on the <USS Halsey>, which is stationed at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
A November 2018 wedding is planned.
