In addition to this honor, Flood earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s President Premier Award. This honor is presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker network.

 With more than 35 years in the real estate business, Flood has consistently distinguished herself as the company’s best producer in Westchester. She was named the No. 1 real estate salesperson companywide for all of Connecticut and Westchester County last year.
