Throughout the summer, Otis has been meeting voters and community leaders around the Sound Shore. He has stressed his ability to get results as Rye’s longest-serving mayor and his over three decades working with not-for-profits, community leaders, and state and local governments. The 91st Assembly District includes the Sound Shore communities of Larchmont, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Port Chester, Rye Brook, and Rye.
