Seniors headed to the Rye Y and The Osborn to take part in Senior Health and Fitness Day May 29. This year opened with a talk on exercise activity and aging by Richard Becker. He described the benefits of various types of exercise.

Then the fun began — from group studio classes to exercise to Broadway tunes to mat Pilates to active aerobics. There was something for everyone, including an open free swim, which the Y offers every Wednesday afternoon throughout the year.

The seniors had a great afternoon and are coming back for more!
