Marino— Gillespie
Mr. and Mrs. Myles D. Gillespie of Rye are delighted to announce the engagement of their son, Myles David Gillespie Jr., to Christina Marie Marino, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip P. Marino Jr. of Hillsborough, New Jersey.
The future bride is a graduate of Hillsborough High School and College of the Holy Cross where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Cultural Studies. She spent her junior year studying abroad in Bologna. While at Holy Cross, she was a member of the women’s varsity lacrosse team. She works as a cyber liability underwriter at AIG in New York City.
Ms. Marino’s father is an executive at MSA Security, and her mother is a special education teacher at Auten Road Intermediate School in Hillsborough.
The future groom is a graduate of Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, and College of the Holy Cross from which he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While at Holy Cross, he was a four-year starting mid-fielder on the men’s varsity lacrosse team. Mr. Gillespie is currently employed as a business analyst for Golden Child Holdings, LLC in Mt. Kisco.
Mr. Gillespie’s father is a principal of Marketfield Asset Management, LLC.
The couple became engaged in December at The Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
An October wedding is planned at St. Joseph Chapel at The College of the Holy Cross.
