You’ve got nothing on the 15 residents at The Osborn who are 100 or more years young, or about to be.

Louise Levy, pictured at left, is 107. She attributes her longevity to “a positive attitude and being surrounded by people she loves.” When Joseph Silberstein, at right, heard a fellow resident underscore the importance of regular exercise, he replied, “Maybe I should start trying that!”
