Helen Gates, Executive Director of the Rye Arts Center, was full of good organizational news this week. Adam Levi is being promoted to the position of Senior Director, responsible for the Arts School and Operations functions. “This promotion represents a well-deserved recognition of Adam’s talents and commitment,” said Gates. “He has done a stellar job in expanding the arts school curriculum, identifying new and talented instructors, and developing additional ways for RAC to fulfill its mission of inspiring creativity among all who enter our doors.” She added, “Operations is a critically important role in delivery of service excellence to all of RAC’s stakeholders and Adam’s skills are well suited to meet this challenge successfully.”

Diana Keller, who graces the front desk with a welcoming smile and encyclopedic knowledge of all things RAC, assumes the title of Director of Registration & Special Projects. As such, she will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and smooth process of enrollment for over 2,000 student registrations in the Music and Arts Schools. With an ever-growing roster of class offerings, Keller will ensure that each student receives personalized attention while at the arts center.

Vicky Blank joins RAC as an interim Front Office assistant responsible for helping with projects, including the Annual Appeal campaign, membership letters, database/mail merge, and general office coverage weeknights and Saturdays. She will work closely with Adam Levi to implement Gallery exhibits and other art school activities.

The Rye Arts Center serves over 17,000 constituents annually through its music and arts schools, arts-in-education programs, community outreach, gallery exhibits, and performing arts events.
