5/27 Party was having trouble with Vincent’s Towing regarding his broken-down 2001 Honda Civic. State Police handled situation. Driver had no money for tow. Vehicle was dropped off at Playland Access Drive.

5/26 Box truck stuck under Purchase Street bridge. Drive attempted to make U-turn due to truck height, but power steering failed. Vincent’s Tow declared vehicle could be driven safely from scene. RFD dispatched to remove fluid spill.

 

5/26 Catch-of-the-day. Fishermen trespassing on Waters Edge property were escorted away.

5/24 Walk-up party reported she found wedding band in Station Plaza.

 

5/24 Caller stated white male, approximately 6-feet tall, brown hair wearing green shirt/purple sweater tied around his waist came onto his Apawamis Avenue property, caused damage before leaving scene. Party also was punching vehicles as they passed on Midland Avenue, 7:18 p.m. Suspect was located, identified. Caller did not want to press charges; officer did not observe any unlawful behavior. Suspect was given courtesy ride to Rye/Port Chester border.
